Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for return. Custom or personalized items may not be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period to receive a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be processed.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure your package is received. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Please include the return authorization number with your return package.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made items, personalized products, items that have been used or damaged, and items returned after the return period has expired. Services, consultations, and design work are generally not returnable once completed.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided below.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy.

Refund Procedure

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
